WELCOME TO NEWBURY MANOR MARINA

A tranquil oasis, with the convenience of Newbury on the doorstep

Situated just upstream of Ham Lock on the Kennet & Avon Canal, Newbury Manor Marina is a tranquil marina surrounded by mature trees and well maintained grounds. We are a friendly and welcoming community and we have all the convenience of the shops and transport links of Newbury close by — but once you are inside our marina the bustle of the town disappears, and we provide space to relax and enjoy life on the water.

Newbury Manor Marina has been family owned and managed since it was built in 1992. Originally known as the "Newbury Boat Company", it is now owned and managed by Anna & Michael Prideaux.

Moorings

Over 70 berths for narrowboats and wide-beam boats, leisure and residential. Secure 24-hour gated access, electrical hook ups to every berth and secure private parking for berth holders.

Location

Five minutes from the local shops, and Newbury town centre is just a short stroll down the towpath. The A34 and M4 junction puts most of southern England within an hour's drive.

Community

The marina is family owned and run, and that family ethos is important to how the marina is managed. Many of our loyal berth holders have been based at the marina for many years.
