Our pricing is straightforward — based on the length of your boat and your choice of berth. Before you commit to us, we'll walk you through everything, and answer any questions you have. Here's how it works.

HOW IT WORKS

Three simple steps to your mooring

Come and see us

Before anything else, we'd love to show you around. All viewings are by prior appointment — call or email and we'll arrange a time. There is no substitute for walking the pontoons and getting a feel for the place.

No pressure, no obligation — a tour with Anna or Michael.

Reserve your berth

If you'd like to go ahead, a refundable deposit of secures your berth while we prepare the paperwork. (£750 residential/£500 leisure) Then we'll send you the licence agreement and all relevant documents to read at your own pace.

The deposit is refunded when you eventually leave the marina.

Bring your boat and settle in

Once the paperwork is done the berth is yours. Simply cruise to us on the Kennet & Avon and you will find us just upstream from Ham Lock. We'll help you settle in, and introduce you to your neighbours.

Minimum six-month contract.
Monthly payment in advance by standing order on the 1st of the month.
