Newbury Manor Marina is owned and run by Anna and Michael Prideaux and their family, with the support of Oneil, who has looked after the beautiful grounds and kept the marina ship shape for over 15 years.

Anna and Michael took over in 2026, from the Fearnley family, who had owned the marina since it was built in 1992. So the marina has always been family owned and run since it was developed. Anna and Michael also own and operate Kew Marina, a small residential marina on the tidal Thames in London. 

Before investing in Newbury Manor Marina and Kew Marina, for over 10 years Michael was the Managing Director of boatfolk, a coastal marina group with 11 sites across the UK, operating marinas, boatyards, boat brokerage and restaurants. So the owners have years of experience running marinas, but also the hands on approach and long term management that comes with family ownership.

The marina is surrouded by mature trees and native reed beds. While Newbury is right on the doorstep, once you arrive at the marina it feels like the hustle and bustle of the town is light years away!
